Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return an item, follow these steps:

1. Return Window & Eligibility

  • 7-Day Return Window: You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery (as per tracking) to request a return.
  • Item Condition:
    • Must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (all seals intact).
    • Include any leaflets, accessories, and the original packing slip/proof of purchase.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Opened or used consumable products (e.g., opened supplement bottles)

    • Customized or personalized orders

    • Sale items or gift cards

    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re uncertain whether your item qualifies, please email us at support@jadein.in before shipping anything back.

2. How to Initiate a Return (Reverse Pickup Process)

  1. Email Your Request

    • Send a return request to support@jadein.in within 7 days of delivery.

    • Include:

      • Order number

      • Product name(s) for return

      • Reason for return (e.g., “Wrong item delivered,” “Product doesn’t meet expectations,” “No longer required”)

  2. Return Approval

    • We will review and respond within 1 business day.

    • Once approved, you’ll receive a reverse-pickup link or QR code from our delivery partner.

  3. Schedule Reverse Pickup

    • Click the provided link or scan the QR code.

    • Enter your pin code and choose a convenient date/time slot.

    • The courier partner will collect the parcel from your doorstep—free of charge (reverse pickup cost is covered by Jadein).

Important: Do not send returns to our warehouse on your own. Only use the reverse-pickup instructions to ensure your return is processed correctly. Unapproved or self-shipped returns will be refused.

3. Return Shipping Address

4. Refusal of Pickup or Incorrect Address

  • If you refuse pickup or the reverse-pickup booking fails due to an incorrect address, you will need to reschedule via the reverse-pickup link or drop off the package at a designated drop-point (details provided in the approval email).

  • Any returns sent without proper reverse-pickup authorization may be rejected upon arrival, and any freight incurred will be deducted from your refund.

5. Inspection & Refund Process

  1. Inspection

    • Once your return arrives at our warehouse, our Quality Team inspects for:

      • Package condition (no tampering)

      • Product seals and expiry dates (if applicable)

    • Inspection typically takes 2–3 business days.

  2. Approval or Rejection

    • Approved: If the item meets return criteria, we initiate your chosen resolution (refund or replacement).

    • Rejected: If the item is used, damaged (by customer), or missing accessories, we’ll notify you within 2 days and ship it back at your cost.

  3. Refund Timeline

    • Prepaid Orders:

      • Refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

      • Your bank/UPI partner may take an additional 2–5 days to reflect the amount.

    • COD Orders:

      • Refund via UPI or bank transfer (using details you share) within 7–10 business days after approval.

If you don’t see your refund after 15 business days, please email support@jadein.in with your order number.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a product that is physically damaged, leaking, or defective:

    1. Immediately photograph/video the damaged product and packaging upon delivery.

    2. Email support@jadein.in within 48 hours of delivery, with:

      • Subject: “Damaged/Defective Item—Order #XXXXXXXX”

      • Attach photos/videos.

    3. We will arrange an exchange or a full refund (including original shipping and COD fees).

    4. Our delivery partner may schedule a reverse pickup of the damaged item (at no cost) to facilitate courier claim.

Note: Reporting within 48 hours is required for us to file a swift claim under our transit insurance.
