Thank you for choosing Jadein. We work closely with our trusted delivery partners to ensure your orders reach you quickly, safely, and transparently.
1. Order Processing
Processing Window

Orders placed before 5 PM (IST) on business days (Mon–Sat) are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed after 5 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Dispatch Notification
Once your order is picked up, you'll receive an email/SMS with:

Tracking ID

Name of courier partner (e.g., Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart)

Estimated delivery timeline based on your pin code
2. Shipping Timeline & Serviceability
Typical Delivery Window
3–7 business days from dispatch, based on:

Your location (urban, rural, or remote)

Courier partner coverage

Seasonal demand (festivals, sales, etc.)
Extended Delays
In case of natural calamities, strikes, or weather disruptions, deliveries may exceed 7 days. We’ll notify you via email/SMS for any major delays.
Example: Dispatched on June 3 (Tuesday) → Delivered between June 6–12.
3. Shipping Charges & COD Handling

| Cash on Delivery | ₹100 (Flat fee per COD order) |
| Express Shipping | ₹150 (Optional upgrade) |
Example: A ₹950 COD order = ₹70 (shipping) + ₹100 (COD) = ₹170 total charges.
Notes:

COD fee is non-refundable if delivery is successful.

Our courier partners collect COD amounts and remit them to us within 3–5 business days.

Tip: Choosing prepaid helps avoid COD charges and speeds up dispatch.
4. Serviceable Locations

Pan-India Coverage: We deliver to all pin codes serviceable by our delivery partners.

Check Availability: Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm delivery eligibility.

International Orders: We currently ship only within India.
5. Tracking & Real-Time Updates

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS with your AWB number.

You can also visit the courier partner’s website to view:

Real-time package location
-
Estimated delivery date
-
Any delay notes (e.g., weather, address issue)

6. Packaging & Safety Measures

Eco-Friendly & Tamper-Evident Packaging

All orders are packed securely with bubble wrap and sturdy boxes (for fragile items).

Jadein packing slip (order summary)

AWB label with barcode
-
“Fragile” or “Handle with Care” labels if needed

Temperature-sensitive packaging is used for select botanical formulations.
If you receive a damaged parcel:

Take photos/videos of the outer packaging and damaged item.

Email us at support@jadein.in (Subject: “Damaged Shipment”).

Retain all packaging until the issue is resolved.
7. Claims for Lost/Damaged Shipments

Lost or Damaged? Report within 24 hours of delivery with visual proof.

We’ll initiate a claim with our courier partner.

You can choose between:

Replacement (based on availability)

Full Refund (including shipping & COD charges)

Lost in Transit:
If the package shows as “Lost” after 10 days from dispatch, we’ll confirm with the courier and process your preferred resolution.
Resolution Time: 7–10 business days after proof is submitted.
